This concept is owesome, am fourty nine years old and never had any body told me about knowing how to use my mine like this before ever. Now at this age I find that the law of attraction and the law of the universe has found me. For my life to change for the better for the sake off my two children and myself and I thank myself for letting this knowleage and wisdom come into my life and it feel's wonderfull to know that I have the same powers as GOD and that to me is owesome in every way possible. I am re-reading in to help me with a re-occurring cycle of attracting people who speak to me with disrespect (particularly) with authority figures. I know that my subconscious is "stuck" in this pattern. I would like to use TAT effectively to break this pattern. I have been told that TAT opens up communication with your heart (Higher Self) and your subconscious mind - while being in a state of peace or relaxation. Do you have any suggestions?
