When we depend on external things for our internal peace we are working from our mind. The tendancy of mind is always outgoing. When we work from inside-out approach, we are operating from our Soul. The qualties of soul are stadiness, peacefullness, calmness as against the qualities of mind like restlessness, clamlessness, haste all self sabotating egobased habits. All the preceious things in the world are found within (deep inside) such Gold, Diamond, Pearl (deep inside the sea) the more we penetrate within the more peaceful we will be without.
